These Terms & Conditions govern your rental agreement with Tampa Bay Car Rentals in the United States. By booking or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms:
Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid U.S. or international driver’s license. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
At pickup, renters must provide a valid driver’s license, a government-issued ID, and a major credit card in their own name.
The rental period begins at the time of pickup and ends when the vehicle is returned to the designated location. Late returns may incur additional charges.
All rentals require a valid credit card for payment and a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned after inspection of the vehicle, provided no damage or violations occur.
Basic liability coverage is included. Additional insurance options, such as collision damage waiver and personal accident insurance, may be purchased at the time of rental.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges.
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic tickets, tolls, and violations incurred during the rental period.
Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
Tampa Bay Car Rentals is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the state in which the rental takes place.
By booking with Tampa Bay Car Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
